PSG star Kylian Mbappé's Champions League hopes dashed
Borussia Dortmund advance to final with 1-0 win
Hummels' goal seals victory for German side
Paris Saint-Germain's hopes of winning the Champions League were dashed on Tuesday night as they were beaten 1-0 by Borussia Dortmund in the semi-final second leg.
Mats Hummels scored the only goal of the game in the 70th minute, sending the German side through to the final on away goals.
It was a disappointing end to the season for PSG, who had been hoping to win their first ever Champions League title.
Mbappé, who is one of the most sought-after players in the world, had been hoping to finish his PSG career with a Champions League triumph.
However, it was not to be, and he will now have to wait until next season to try and win the trophy.
